Research reference standards
All products are supplied strictly as laboratory reference standards for research use only (RUO). Not for human or veterinary consumption. Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
Because products are temperature-sensitive research reference standards, returns are accepted only for verified quality or fulfillment errors reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Eligibility
Returns require lot documentation, COA reference, and confirmation that materials were stored per supplied guidelines. Opened or misused materials are not eligible for return.
